At the same time, the solution must enable seamless integration into existing processes and networking with autonomous mobile robots without compromising efficiency or process reliability. By combining powerful robotics, intelligent software, and AI-powered sensor technology, we get a self-contained palletizing cell that successfully overcomes all these challenges. The use of the KR IONTEC Industrial robots provide the necessary precision, speed, and reliability, while the Flex Pack Editor enables quick and flexible creation of a wide range of palletizing patterns. Complemented by an AI-based camera system, highly precise (de)palletizing can be ensured even with varying packaging items. The robust vacuum gripper technology, as well as seamless integration of AMR systems like the KMP 600P and the KMP 250P round off the solution to a consistently interoperable and practice-proven overall concept.
