The automation of manual removal and sorting of five different types of KLTs with subsequent palletizing by type onto two different palletizing units. Pallet types.
A well thought-out system layout with five palletizing stations, to whichn a powerful robot sorts the previously sorted Pallet types placed and equipped with single-variety KLTs.
In the First step is the in the Pallet dispenser provided pallet is picked up by the robot and placed on one of the five roller conveyors. As soon as this is done, the robot moves the suitablen KLT to, and grips it using flexible vacuum technology and sets thesen now on the pallet. This process is repeated by the Robots, until the pallet equipped with three layers, for example and all KLTs have been picked up. The finished pallet is now transported away via the roller conveyor.
