The FlexRayBOT impresses with a particularly user-friendly touchscreen UI that enables quick setup. A flexible gripper covers tray widths of 300-700 mm without the need for retooling. Thanks to a compact footprint from 3 m², the system can even fit into tight production areas. The integrated vision technology recognizes trays fully automatically - including alignment. The elimination of manual lifting processes means there is no ergonomic strain. The FlexRayBOT is optionally available for mobile use - ideal for flexible production layouts. An onboard data and tracking system provides all process data in real time. With ±2 mm accuracy, 99 % repeatability and 8 hours of autonomy, the system reduces errors and keeps processes stable.
