The project
The challenge

For the processing of so-called ONSERT®-components, we have developed a demonstration cell that enables every step of the process to be mapped precisely and efficiently: from separating the components, dispensing adhesive and placing them precisely on sample material to curing with a UV LED lamp. Finally, a comprehensive quality test is carried out to ensure the highest standards. 

The solution

This demonstration cell shows how flexible and high-quality the processing of such components can be. It is not only used for demonstration purposes, but also awakens potential for future applications - a great opportunity to demonstrate innovative solutions to customers at first hand. 

We are particularly proud of the opportunity to use our technology in key sectors such as the aviation industry and the automotive sector. The flexibility and quality achieved here make this project something special.
