The challenge

An automated Palletizing for the delivery differentr Cartons up to 60 kg (varying Footprints and individual heights), which are to be grouped into single-variety units.

The solution

Ae newly developed Palletizing system („Single Pack“) with individual vacuumGripper technology for the for the flexible, individual inline generation of the given Palletizing schemes.

The Palletizing solution fits in thereby seamlessly into the existing material flow. The corresponding products are delivered via rigid conveyor systems. The total system capacity comprises 1.000 cartons per hour (per robot). The vacuum gripper used for this is controlled by a traveling blower. supplied.
