Whether classical apprenticeship or the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University
(DHBW) – we instruct an annual average of 15 young people in various disciplines and are therefore placed well above average measured in terms of total employees. Our highly qualified and motivated team is repeatedly generating new, creative ideas and solutions for the future.
We therefore involve our apprentices fully in project activities even from their second year of training. This includes optional internships with partners and customers in Germany and abroad.
From Amtzell into the whole world: the projects we are working on find their purpose all around the globe. With passion, ambition and a lot of creative leeway we do our best from day to day for an optimum result. As well as at our educational system: here we attach particular importance to free development opportunities in conjunction with professional support in form of a fixed contact person.
